Very Bad Experience

A very bad experience with total dental. This was my first visit and before making an appointment i called total dental and confirmed that will i be covered with my insurance and i was told that yes you are covered. But i had to pay a lot as this was not true. When i came to know that i will have to pay a lot of money from my pocket before going into procedure i wanted to confirm my insurance company but doctor did not give me time to confirm and pressurized me by saying if you want to get the treatment get it now otherwise wait for month. And also, she made me scared by saying your problems can transfer in your family. I do not have time, i am sending my staff on lunch. It was very embarrassing and insulting for me as i wanted to check first from my insurance company because it big amount. Later on, i received three bills. All confusion. When i called total dental for the clarification the lady over there was not ready to understand what i was saying and she was rude. She kept saying that you are not understanding. i am highly disappointed with total dental. I could avoid paying a lot by going somewhere else. Also, the behavior of the doctor was also very rude and insulting.
