Meet Dr. Sivakumar Sreenivasan
DMD, MDS
After practicing as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon in India, Dr. Sreenivasan completed dental school at Boston University. He then completed an oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, where his comprehensive training included hospital-based surgical and anesthesia experience.
Dr. Sreenivasan offers a full spectrum of specialized care, from corrective jaw surgery and wisdom teeth removal to facial pain treatment, facial injury management, TMJ disorder therapy, and sleep apnea solutions. His expertise extends to facial rejuvenation, bone grafting, and dental implant surgery.
His exceptional qualifications include an additional residency in anesthesiology at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, where he later served as an Attending Anesthesiologist for both pediatric and adult patients. Dr. Sreenivasan is certified in basic, advanced, and pediatric advanced life support, and serves as an instructor for cardiac life support through the Adventist group in Maryland.
With his extensive anesthesia experience, our team can offer IV sedation and general anesthesia, with continuous patient monitoring during and after procedures in our state-of-the-art facility.
Dr. Sreenivasan is a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. He also maintains active memberships in several organizations including the Maryland Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Mid-Atlantic Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Academy of Sleep Medicine, and American Dental Association.
Meet Dr. Mary B. Alexander
DDS, DMSc
Dr. Mary Alexander, a periodontist, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of South Carolina. She continued her education in dentistry at the University of Maryland School of Dental Surgery where she received her DDS degree.
Prior to and during her dental studies, Dr. Alexander received funding and support from the National Institutes of Dental Research for her involvement in periodontal research. After obtaining her DDS degree, she spent one year at the Veteran's Administration Hospital in general practice residency. Her training there was focused on the area of anxiety management for patients.
Dr. Alexander then attended Harvard University and earned her clinical specialty in periodontics and a doctorate in medical science. Her doctoral research was focused on the study of bone function and metabolic disease of the bone.
Dr. Alexander has extensive training in dental implantology, periodontal plastic surgery, bone regenerative procedures, and sedation dentistry. She incorporates all aspects of her training in her periodontal practice.
Meet Dr. Asha Narendra
DMD
Dr. Asha Narendra earned her first dental degree in 1996 from the University of Bangalore. She established her private practice for three years before moving to the United States. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with her DMD in 2006 and has been in practice since.
Dr. Asha provides comprehensive general and cosmetic dental care with an emphasis on occlusion, veneers, root canals, extractions, and Invisalign® aligners. She is a strong believer in educating her patients beyond their dental needs and helping them improve their overall health too.
By attending continuing education courses, Dr. Asha provides the best care for all her patients. She keeps up with cutting-edge technological advancements in the field of dentistry. She is currently enrolled in Dawson Academy, a facility that is well respected for its advanced dental training.
When she is not practicing dentistry, she spends time with family and enjoys traveling, hiking, yoga, and meditation.
Meet Dr. Anil Manda
DMD
Dr. Anil Manda graduated dental school from Boston University, Goldman School of​ Dental Medicine in 2008. He specialized in endodontics at Temple University, Kornberg School of Dentistry, graduating in 2013.
Dr. Manda practiced as a general dentist for three years before pursuing a career in endodontics. Since 2008, he has been serving the U.S. Army Reserve as a dentist, and he was deployed in Kuwait on active duty in 2013.
For two weeks every summer, Dr. Manda volunteers his time to dental missions on Indian reservations and other places where dental care is inaccessible. He resides in Anne Arundel Country with his wife and young daughter. In his free time, he likes to read and watch sports or movies.
Meet Dr. Michele Nolet
DDS
Dr. Michele Nolet graduated from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 2017 and then completed an AEGD residency at Chase Brexton Health Services in Baltimore. For the last several years, she has loved providing outstanding care to patients of all ages. Dr. Nolet is happy to help with all your dental needs, including restorative treatments like crowns, bridges, and implant restorations, as well as cosmetic options such as teeth whitening and Invisalign®.
Dr. Nolet stays up to date with the latest dental technology and techniques by routinely taking continuing education courses. Her goal is to make the patient experience as comfortable as possible and for each patient to leave their appointment with a confident smile.
When not at the office, Dr. Nolet enjoys spending time with her friends and family, husband, and sons. She also loves going to the beach and pool, hiking, and attending Terp sporting events.
