They used to be in-network with my dental insurance, but they didn’t bother to notify me when they became out-of-network. They overcharged me, and even after telling me they owe me money back, refuse to give me my money back. The procedure was in December. They told me I have a credit in February (only because I kept asking about it), and it is almost April and I still haven’t gotten it back. I call and email, but no response. Worst practice ever! They only want to take your money and run. That’s what everyone should be doing, run away from this practice.

My family of 3 went in for cleaning after our regular dentist retired. My Daughter’s teeth got cleaned while my husband and I were given a 2-hour song and dance about very expensive periodontal procedures that we will need for the rest of our lives. Somehow my dentist of the past 13 years missed these issues. 😉 Many pictures and x-rays taken but no cleaning actually happened and a $400 bill was sent in the mail.

They billing for something you already paid or you never used

I visited dentist in 2022 for my regular cleaning. This is free of charge covered by my insurance. They give me large bill after cleaning explaining I they have to do something special. I never was ask if I approve this. I asked only for regular cleaning.
After I said I don’t want to pay something they didn’t ask me if I want to have, they said I don’t need to pay anything.
After a year all doctors and staff changed and new staff started calling me every week to ask for that payment. And I explained to everyone what happened.
That doesn’t help, they still sending me emails and calling me.

I will highly recommend not to come to this dentist because they will bill you for something you didn’t came to have done!

For the first time in my life, I’m no longer afraid of the dentist. I switch to TDC last year and I honestly must say it was the best decision I’ve ever made. TDC is a one-stop shop for all your dental needs.

The office is clean, the staff is friendly, professional and organized. They use the latest technology and offer affordable services. I have the best periodontist help me overcome my fear of the dentist. Dr. Mary Alexander is an angel on earth. She is patient and she is explained everything to ensure I understood the care I needed and ensured I was comfortable. She personally called to check on me after my dental procedure.

I’ve never received care like this! I highly recommend TDC. Today, I left the dental with a smile. A new beautiful smile thanks to Dr. Alexander, now that’s not something you hear everyday.

I have had horrible luck with dentists, and I decided to try here. My teeth aren’t in great shape, so I was so scared of the judgement. From start to finish Ashley and the Dr. were so amazing. They sympathized with me and made sure I was comfortable at all times. And allowed me to cry too 🥺. They explained my treatment plan so I can get my smile back. Billing, well no one likes to pay out of pocket. The lady was so nice and explained it all down to the penny and how we can go forward to get the most out of my benefits.. I’d recommend you to at least give them a chance!

I have had my two appointments cancelled after scheduling months in advance because apparently the Hygienist keeps coming up with emergencies. When I called there to ask for my son to be seen during the weekday, the man who picked up the phone was so rude and condescending asking me repeatedly if I understood what he was telling me as I couldn’t comprehend English. I have been taking my child here for a long time but will now find him another dental. I will not be putting up with such disrespect especially since I am paying for the services. I will also be taking the two families I recommended to this place with me.

They really took time to explain things to me that makes me feel comfortable when they performs my dental bridge procedures. I am so happy and contented how it turns out. Dr. Narendra performed the crown fixation for me recently. I have special needs. Dr. Narendra and her assistants accommodated my needs. They were gentle, kind, patient and professional during the entire procedure. They were very knowledgeable on the procedure. Dr. Narendra went over and above the procedure and removed the deposits on my teeth after fixing the crown mold. I looked beautiful after the procedure and i would like to THANK the entire team for such a wonderful experience.

My latest visit required two fillings. I was impressed by the efficient and painless manner in which Dr. Narendra and her assistant completed the fillings. I was in and out of the office in an hour and a half, anesthesia and fillings done, no pain at all. The people in the office are always friendly. I went to Dr. Dr. Sreeni for 3 implants and my experience was amazing. I am a picky person with a strong gag reflex, and Dr. Sreeni and his team accommodated me such that my experience was enjoyable. The team is very professional and explained the procedures which made me very comfortable. Bonus points: He convinced me to quit after smoking 20 years! I am grateful for everything Dr. Sreeni and the Total Dental Care clinic did for me.

My family has had its fair share of trouble with dentists. This was mainly due to our oldest who is special needs, but with Total Dental Care all my kids love coming to the dentist. My son especially loves Julia and the care and bedside manner exceeds my expectations.

They have all state of the art equipment, know you by name and remember things about your children and family. They work with you on payments, but honestly they are great at what they charge.

They personally helped me with some dental issues I was having and also when my son had work that was too much for them they referred us out.

Patient care is number one and I highly recommend this practice to anyone, but especially those with children.

She introduced me to their brand new iTero 3D scanner, which provides incredible insight about your dental health after a painless scan. The dental office is outside of my insurance network; however, I do all my dental work here because of the confidence Dr. Narendra and staff have given me. Dr. Narendra takes the time to go through all the steps necessary to make sure I understand any procedures that will be done and she always remains approachable and friendly. In my last (2) visits Dr. Narendra was assisted by Assistant Wisdom and Wisdom was awesome!! Wisdom always checked on me and was super friendly. Thank You Dr. Narendra and Assist. Wisdom.

Dr. Sreeni and his staff were so quick and wonderful to help me with a loose implant in the height of the covid epidemic!! The removal was painless and done expeditiously. All were kind and thorough with instructions.

I will admit that I was scared at first about the surgery because I never had to do one before. But I was pleasantly surprised by how nice, how easy it really was.

I was seen by Dr. SREENIVASAN on multiple occasions. He is very compassionate and professional at the same time. He explains the procedure in a clear and easy way to understand. He is very down to earth and does not rush his way out. He knows what he is doing and takes his time providing care. He also calls back post procedure to follow up. I live far from his office but kept going there because I appreciated his and his team’s hospitality. I absolutely recommend him.

This is my third visit at Total Dental Care (TDC) as I needed to get back on track with periodontal treatment. I’ve found all staff, particularly Dr. Alexander (dentist) and Maria (hygienist) to be skilled, thorough and kind. I highly recommend that you consider TDC for all of your dental care.

About 3 weeks ago I had to have a couple of implants placed, and was lucky enough to have it done by Dr. Sreeni! Part of the procedure included an extraction of a broken tooth prior to the implant and I was a little apprehensive about having this done under local and nitrous anesthesia, but I am being completely honest when I say that felt absolutely NO pain whatsoever during the entire procedure! I listened to music through my earbuds to help drown out the scary sounds and with the calming effects from the nitrous before I knew it he was done. Afterwards he told me the procedure went so well that he did not anticipate that I would have any pain or major discomfort and was 100% right! Dr. Sreeni is extremely knowledgeable and took his time when answering all of my questions and was very gentle with me from the very beginning at my consult to the end of my surgery. I am happily sharing my experience and will be referring people to this practice in the future!

I was skeptical at first, but Dr. Sreeni has explained clearly about the entire procedure and gave me confidence to proceed. The surgery went really well and healing process is really good. My child likes coming here because of how friendly everyone is. She says she feels comfortable with the familiar faces. She started coming here because she had an emergency and her dentist was nowhere to be found. So we called Total Dental and they took her in and treated her. So she decided to become a permanent patient here because she liked it so much better than her normal dent

Best dental office I’ve ever been to! They have the best doctors and a professional staff that will take care of anyone who visits!

When the doctor came in everything was great It was the before and after which threw me off. The assistant was nice but after I was seated and prepped I was kinda just sitting there. It was a lot of back and forth between the doctor and the assistant but no reason to why I was just sitting. The doctor came in who was awesome BUT after she was done I was left sitting in the chair by myself still with a bib on. The assistant had left as well, so after sitting there for a bit I decided to clean myself up and walk to the front. The girl at the front stated she normally goes back to the room but got “caught up” with something. I was ready to go at that point. Not very professional at all!

What can I say about Total Dental Care of Germantown, MD? As a former patient of Dr. Duane Erickson, I knew that if he is a part of the TDC Team, me, too.

I needed extensive work done. TDC came up with my treatment plan and the procedures were thoroughly explained. Then, they went to work to get me to where I needed to be; content and happy.

When you enter their doors, the support staff greets you, and is very professional. The atmosphere is bright, clean and pleasant.

All needed dental specialties are on site. The specialists’ skill sets and experience are superb.

I only got my lower wisdom teeth extracted because Dr Sreeni didn’t think the top ones needed to be removed. Dr Sreeni is very honest and let’s you know what is necessary for your optimal health. He and his team went over everything in detail with me before, during, and after the procedure. The steps leading up to my sedation were explained along the way and I woke up with no pain or complications. I think the best part was when I could feel myself drifting off as he was talking. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Sreeni, surgical doctor and his team at Total Dental Care. I had oral surgery 2 weeks ago and was nervous at first. Dr. Sreeni and his team took the time to explain the procedure, the preparations, the recovery, and the financials in detail to me. Natalia, Patient Care Coordinator, not only walked me through the financials, but also gave me great comfort when I called the day before the surgery and asked many questions. She is patient and always takes time to provide accurate answers to my questions. There are others who took the time to make me feel welcomed and cared for: David (surgical assistant), Beatrice (Patient Care Coordinator), Elissaha (Treatment Coordinator)… etc. I am grateful for Dr. Sreeni and his team for the level of professionalism and the excellent work they do to care for my family’s long-term dental health.

I had 2 of my wisdom teeth removed. One of them was in a very awkward position and i knew it was a challenge to remove. But Dr Sreenivasan the oral surgeon did a great job. I love how everything was explained to me. Nothing was hidden even thought it was scary for me. Instructions were clean . I was encouraged to call when ever I wanted. I’m not good with pain but I was taken care of in that area too. Everyone who i came across in total dental right from admin staff to the surgeon are just great. Follow ups were great too.

I am writing on behalf of my young teen son , who has been coming to Total Dental Care, since the summer of 2017. His dentist is Dr. Asha Narendra. She is a just wondeous! The office is a very clean and welcoming atmosphere upon walking in through the door. The staff and service they provide match the warm and caring atmosphere.
My son had a lot of work and repairs that needed to be completed. He was very nervous about having fillings and root canals. Dr. Asha Narendra was great! She was able to put my son at ease and provided him with a brand new mouth by the time the new school year started. She gave us an excellent referral to Dr. Carson for the root canals.
Asha was wonderful at educating us along with using the intra oral camera to explain and show my sons problem areas and how to resolve the issues.

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed and so far, I’ve been recovering well thanks to the clear instructions provided by Sivakumar Sreenivasan. He’s professional and sincere about his work. He has good bedside manners. Before the extraction process, Dr. Sreeni takes whatever time necessary to walk me the process in a compassionate manner. He’s straightforward and makes sure I was relaxed during the surgery. Afterward, I had a smooth recovery thanks to Dr. Sreeni and his team.

The dentist who worked on me was very sweet, and did an amazing job. I did not feel any pain, I hate needles, but she did an amazing job at making me feel at ease that I did not feel a pinch at all. Connie was very friendly and did a great job too. I will definitely recommend my friends and family too.

I had to take out all four of my wisdom teeth. First I made a consult with Dr.Sreenivasan and he was very thorough and addressed all the concerns I had and explained the different options that were available to me. I made my appointment way in advance since I was 9 months pregnant and preferred to do it after the baby. Due to the fact that I had many things come up the staff was very understanding and helpful when rescheduling my appointment. After the surgery and after everything went well. I am very proud to say I had very little swelling and pain compared to other people I spoke to that have had the same procedure.

This office has everything we look for, modern, all under one roof( General dentist, pediatrics, periodontist, oral surgeon, orthodontist), friendly, kids friendly and amazing office staff like me 🙂 . The various dentists employed by Total Dental Care are highly skilled doctors. They care about the well-being of their patients: The doctors listen to their patients; they instruct their patients; and they are sensitive to the needs of their patients. They even try their best to eliminate or minimize any discomfort a patient might experience. I love my dentists! And I love the dental assistants too. I was searching for a dental provider that was a complete dental center or one-stop center, with doctors of various specialties, to eliminate outside referral so that continuity of care is enhanced. I know, without a doubt, I have found that special place!

I was seen by Dr. Sreenivasan for oral surgery removal of all 4 wisdom teeth. From the consult to the follow up was an great experience. The office is clean and welcoming. I am in no way a fan of the dentist and I am always terrified of going. However from my initial interaction with the office staff to my interactions with the dental staff I was extremely satisfied. They made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions and did a fantastic job.

Very welcoming and bright walking into the lobby. The dentist did the cleaning-I was guessing because I had a late appointment and hygienist had already gone home. My only complaint was it was slow. For x-rays, scale and polish it took almost 2 hours.

I came to get my wisdom teeth out and I have never encountered a nicer, more professional team of people in my life. Amazing dentistry is being performed here! I had a lot of fun from the front desk staff all the way to the dentists! Let me start off by saying Sabrina at the front desk does an amazing job, she stays of top of reminding me that I have an appotiment scheduled for tomorrow, she always has a nice smile and a welcoming personality when I walk through the door. Josie, is the late night front desk staff and she also does an awesome job! Every time I walk in to get some work done on my teeth she’s always smiling and greeting me kindly. Now to the doctor part, Dr. Khanna is an amazing doctor, I highly recommend her, she is kind, sweet, informative, professional, and honest. I do believe she currently works on Mondays so make sure you get that date booked if you want good quality work and the feeling of being “taken care of” at 100%! Lastly, Dr. Patterson is also on my list to visit, she had to do some fillings for me that were not easy and she knocked them out with ease, great work from both Dr. Khanna and Dr. Patterson! The entire staff is great from front to back I felt welcomed and treated with respect not just some “patient” or “client” but more like a family friend. Thank you Total Dental Care and staff for making my dentist vists simple and fun!

I had an oral surgery with Doctor Sreeni and today was a follow up. He and his whole office is fantastic. They have all modern instruments and machines. The staff is very pleasant. Overall a very good experience at a dental office.

Office was a little hard to find but had a dazzling design and decoration. Typically, I associate surgeons with a focus on treatment over care and willing to sacrifice a thorough honest explanation in favor of getting you to quickly under the knife but Dr. Sreeni was very patient in explaining my different options and tailored the treatment to my preferences.

I took my son for wisdom teeth extraction. My overall experience with Dr. Sreenivasan and his staff was exceptional for both consultations and surgery. Everyone was very friendly and cooperative without rushing. Dr. Sreenivasan spent a significant amount of time explaining the whole procedure and answered all of our questions. We did not have to wait longer as well, and within 5 minutes we were callled in. Very neat and clean facility. I have no reservation recommending this facility to anyone.

I saw Dr Asha Narendra today for my regular dental check up. She is amazing. Sitting in the dentist chair with her in attendance takes away any anxiety. She is communicative and explains all the things very nicely and patiently. She is very gentle with the dental work. I did not feel any pan at any time while she was working on my teeth. I would highly recommend her for a dentist in this area.

I just got all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled this past weekend. The staff at this practice are amazing and provide excellent professional care! Dr. Sreeni performed with precision during the procedure, and my experience has been practically painless. He even gave me a call the evening following the surgery to check up on me and how I was feeling!
