I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Sreeni, surgical doctor and his team at Total Dental Care. I had oral surgery 2 weeks ago and was nervous at first. Dr. Sreeni and his team took the time to explain the procedure, the preparations, the recovery, and the financials in detail to me. I truly appreciate the time they took to explain everything, as I was able to see the entire picture of what was involved. Knowing the plan of action, I felt more comfortable and at ease. I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Sreeni is knowledgeable, professional, experienced, and caring. He also has a caring, kind, and well-trained team. Pranshu, the surgical assistant, talked to me before and after the surgery. I appreciate how she sincerely cares and took care of me. At my post op checkup, Dr. Sreeni made sure I understood the next steps. Again, he and his team shared with me the next plan of action in detail. They also answered any questions I had. Natalia, Patient Care Coordinator, not only walked me through the financials, but also gave me great comfort when I called the day before the surgery and asked many questions. She is patient and always takes time to provide accurate answers to my questions. There are others who took the time to make me feel welcomed and cared for: David (surgical assistant), Beatrice (Patient Care Coordinator), Elissaha (Treatment Coordinator)… etc. I am grateful for Dr. Sreeni and his team for the level of professionalism and the excellent work they do to care for my family’s long-term dental health.
